Item Description: An original World War II era wooden personal effects box attributed to a U.S. Army officer. The lid features a hand-painted insignia of the 101st Airborne Division (Screaming Eagles). The box is constructed of wood with brass hinges and a vintage brass hook latch. The interior is fully lined with bluish-purple felt.
