Item Details: An authentic WW2 era German Wehrmacht cavalry medic pouch (Sanitätstasche), designed for mounted troops. This set includes the original leather case and vintage contents.
Markings: The tan leather pouch is stamped with the maker code and date "dla 40" (1940) on the front body, along with a German Eagle acceptance stamp (WaA). The top flap is stamped with the letter "K". An original paper label listing the contents is adhered to the inside of the lid.
Contents: The pouch contains two original period bandage packages labeled "Kombiniertes Preßstück". One is date stamped "31. Juli 1944" and the other "OCT 1944". Both packages feature distinctive handwritten text reading "Dachau".
Material: Durable tan leather construction with metal fittings.
