Original WW2 German Panzer zinc dog tag, marked "3.E./ L.A.H." which refers to third Einheit (unit)/ Leibstandarte A.H. Markings have been highlighted in chalk for easier reading. This first Panzer division special services trooper was given the number 1233. LAH was the earliest abbreviation for this special division, and later referenced by Initials "L.A.A.H". These abbreviations were used interchangeably throughout WW2.
